Good Life Lectures October 2019

Learn how to live your best life as health and wellness experts share tips, tools and insight on how to improve your quality of life. Dr. Erik Conklin is a compassion and mindfulness coach who has worked with business-owners, government agency workers, athletes, students, parents, researchers, teachers, and leaders in order to help them become the best version of themselves.

Tapping Into Your Own Intuition to Read Energy (Sue Hannibal)

Learn how to speak “metaphor language” and get a handout for self-diagnosis of emotional distress and physical dysfunctions rooted in emotional distress (i.e. back pain: do you want someone to “get off your back?”). During a group demonstration of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), aka “tapping,” an alternative treatment for emotional distress, you’ll be able to test out EFT on your own issue. Sue Hannibal is an Intuitive Behaviorist® and holistic trauma therapist in private practice since 1999.

Food plays a vital role in our health, balance, healing and rejuvenation. Shazia Gogia is a yoga teacher, certified yoga therapist, ayurvedic practitioner and chef.
