Join the City of Carlsbad for a special holiday-themed Fixit Clinic and repair event! Bring your broken, non-working items—electronics, appliances, computers, toys, bicycles, clothes and more—for assessment, disassembly and possible repair. Our team will provide workspace, specialty tools and guidance to help you troubleshoot and repair everyday items. Even if we can't fix your item, you’ll learn about how it was made and works.

In addition to our regular Fixit Clinic services, enjoy these holiday-themed activities to make your season more sustainable:

• Holiday décor swap: Exchange decorations to refresh your collection without buying new.
• Broken lights collection: Responsibly dispose of broken holiday lights.
• Furoshiki gift wrapping: Try a reusable, eco-friendly method for wrapping gifts.
