Calling all teens in grades 6 to 12: Participate in the TeenTober Art contest by submitting a drawing, painting or digital design of your favorite book cover or a banned book. Art should be an original reimagining of the cover and must no be larger than 8.5" x 11" (art can be smaller). All teen participants will earn a small reward (with a free book). Art will be displayed at all three library locations. The top winners at all three locations will earn a special reward which will be announced in the first week of November. Please email libraryteens@carlsbadca.gov if you have any questions. Art submissions will be accepted beginning on Sept. 15.
