The Traffic Safety & Mobility Commission consists of seven members appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Members must be citizens of Carlsbad and normally serve four-year terms.
Regular meetings are held the first Monday of every month at 4 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92008.
