Professional chef Kyle Dixon presents a delicious Garden to Table workshop to help you maximize your gardens contributions to your diet.

Presenter Bio: After attaining a Culinary Arts Associate Degree from Orange Coast College, Kyle Dixon left California to work as a professional chef in four different countries. Though he currently calls Carlsbad home, over the last decade he traveled to farms across the United States and abroad educating others about food.

Carlsbad City Library’s Grow Your Garden program lets you swap succulents, seeds, fruit, vegetables and herbs from your garden with your neighbors and learn new gardening techniques.
