Presenter Bio: Jay Klopfenstein, an early founder and now president of Carlsbad Community Gardens Collaborative: www.carlsbadcommunitygardens.org, is an award-winning, environmental educator who enjoys sharing the importance of gardens. He is passionate about all-things Monarch.

Carlsbad City Library’s Grow Your Garden program lets you swap succulents, seeds, fruit, vegetables and herbs from your garden with your neighbors and learn new gardening techniques.
