The draft Trails Master Plan was first released in 2015. In 2017, the draft environmental report was released for the 30-day public review. Since the date, staff collected and responded to the comments received, revised the draft Trails Master Plan and finalized environmental documents. The final Trails Master Plan has been adopted on August 27, 2019.
